That it isnt a scam.
The teacher must have some sort of degree.
If you’re going to be looking into going to a music college, or any performance career, find one that is associated with a music college, and has students that have attended. This way you KNOW they’ll be teaching you the right skills and you wont have to go and relearn a new technique down to bad teaching.
Get alot of advice before you do this. Find one associated with an institution. And with a recognised degree, preferably from a music college (rather then university), as then you know THEY’VE had the best quality teachers too.
degree is important but some people have degrees but no qualifications, cannot sing that is
if the teacher has sung in records or lives you can tell if he/she is good and start trusting him/her
